Happy Hour (day-of-coordination)
You’ve put all the details together for a fabulous event. You’ve contacted the vendors, sent out the invitations, selected a menu and finalized your décor. Now it’s time to kick up your feet after all that work, and let 5-9 Events take over so you can enjoy the event!
Includes 2 meetings with client prior to event to ascertain details or meet with vendor(s) {meetings to last no longer than 2 hours each} and unlimited phone calls and emails prior to event.
If the event is a wedding, includes 1 meeting with client to ascertain details or meet with vendor(s) {meeting to last no longer than 2 hours}, coordination of wedding rehearsal and unlimited phone calls and emails prior to event.
After-five (full event-planning, including day-of-coordination)
You do not have the time/patience/energy, etc. to plan your special occasion, but you still want to host a fabulous event! 5-9 Events can execute your vision without you having to lift a finger.
